 Vacuum Plus Manufacturing, Inc. has been manufacturing vacuum chambers
and components for the semi-conductor and thin film coating industries
for more than 20 years. We operate from a modern facility located in
Chelmsford, MA, north of Boston. We serve companies in North America, Europe
and Asia.
We believe in providing quality vacuum chambers to our customers with a
fast turn-around. We are aware that by the time a purchase order is
let, our clients are ready for their chamber so by implementing Lean
Manufacturing, we strive for the fastest turn around on vacuum chambers
in the industry. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.
 Engineering
Vacuum Plus Manufacturing offers in house engineering to help you design
or re-design your vacuum chambers. We work with most drawing packages
and can design products from customers' conceptual drawings.
Fabrication
Vacuum Plus Manufacturing has a full fabrication department including
material preparation equipment and MIG and TIG welding for stainless
steel and aluminum. We have a contaminate free environment for the
highest quality welding.
Machining
Vacuum Plus Manufacturing has a full CNC machine shop that can
manufacture a wide variety of products, and although we can build almost
any size chamber, a typical envelope size of 12’x12’x10’ or smaller is
what we normally work with.
 Quality
Assurance
All incoming and outgoing products are fully inspected using our
internal quality plan.
Assembly and Testing
Vacuum Plus Manufacturing’s full assembly and testing facility is
located in house. We can also offer customers completely assembled
products in a contaminant free environment.
